Rod Weir, Director and Mortgage Broker

Rod Weir, the director of All Lending and Finance, commenced his career in finance at the age of 16 working as a clerk in one of Australia’s leading banks.

Throughout his distinguished career he worked his way through to Senior Management, holding positions in Consumer Lending, Mobile Mortgage Management, Branch Management and Business Banking Management.

Rod has a very strong focus on customer service and believes that the only way to grow a business is to grow a relationship.

He holds a Diploma of Business in Banking and Finance and is a senior associate of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance. He has also completed several small business courses including Accounting for Bankers and the Omega Lending for Small Business Program.

Rod Weir is an accredited member of Astute Financial Management and an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the industry professional body, Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (M.F.A.A).

Karen Donato, Mortgage Broker

Karen began her career in Finance in 1988 working as a Lending Officer for one of Australia’s major Financial Institutions. Karen held positions in Management and has experience in both residential and commercial lending as well as general consumer banking.

Karen holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Broking) and is an accredited Mortgage Broker with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (M.F.A.A.).
